• Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Site (logos, trademarks, templates, designs, text, graphics, software) is owned by or licensed to DraftMyDeal and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India and international laws.
2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services solely for personal or business use.
3. Users shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.

• Confidentiality

2. However, DraftMyDeal shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by events beyond our control (cyberattacks, third-party breaches, etc.).
3. Users are advised not to upload sensitive government identifiers (like Aadhaar, PAN) unless absolutely necessary.

• Limitation of Liability

4. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question.

• Termination
